Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A) Item Returns

  1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
  2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
  4. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  5. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

B) Item Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  5. For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash at the time of return approval, or they may be provided as store credit if immediate cash is not available.

SHIPPING POLICY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A) Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You should receive your item(s) in 7-14 business days.

3. Shipment method

  • We use either Standard Postage or Express Postage.
  • Shipping cost will be displayed upon purchase, cost varies for different postal codes/ area of delivery.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Dr. A Clinic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • Dr. A Clinic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
